                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        All of our locks are keyed at the factory by one of our security experts.    Key blanks do not contain the Security code, name, phone number, your key combination, or any of your personal information (unless specifically requested).  This ensures that someone who simply sees your key cannot just call up your dealer, or know your key code.  Key codes are kept in secure storage areas and our key blanks are kept under strict security systems.     We are also happy to offer rekeying services on our product in case you ever need to rekey your locks.   Contact our factory and we will do authorized duplication for a small fee ($10.00).  We offer expedited service in most circumstances.  Only with the right information will we act on your behalf for key duplication.  Overnight shipping for a very small fee. (ex. $12.00), we can have your locks rekeyed in hours. All Angel Lock products we sell include a key card with each unique key set. Getting additional keys is different from ordering a normal key; you cannot simply take your key to a hardware store or locksmith. We have strict key duplication procedures in place in order to protect you, the customer.          Our policies ensure that no one can obtain keys to your locks without proper authorization. For additional keys you will need the code found on the key card and to fill out our Key Authorization Document. Once we have this information we will be able to ship additional keys to the address we have on file.             If you are having the keys shipped to a different address you will be required to provide a scanned copy of the key card, in addition to a government photo ID (for example a driver's license).                                                                                                                                                                                            If the customer prefers, with the initial order you can provide a copy of a photo ID and signature that we will require on all future key requests.                       If you require other key duplication procedures please let us know, we are happy to meet your requirements.

All of our products ship in shrink-wrapped packaging with a unique, non-removable security sticker on each item.  This is to ensure that once your package is sealed, no one will be able to open or inspect your locks or keys  on their way to you.  We will normally ship your package by FedEx with insurance and tracking.  If you require special shipping or shipping via another carrier, please let us know.
